Return Policy: 
Standard merchandise: We take pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. The return must be accompanied by a packing slip or invoice. You will receive a full refund of the merchandise cost including sales tax if applicable. THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND ANY COST TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you do not have an original receipt, you may return the merchandise with personal id and receive store credit.


Special & Custom Orders: 
Retro Office furniture is restored by us and ordered on a custom basis as is our custom upholstered furniture. The vintage office furniture is 30-50 years old and has been used. We take pride in our finishes and make every effort to remove imperfections but sometimes that is not possible and those imperfections are part of the vintage "look". Custom and special orders can not be cancelled once production has begun. If no special order is involved we may, at our discretion, agree in writing to allow you to return certain vintage goods. You will be required to pay a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. You must also pay to have the furniture returned in original condition.
